Welcome to my website! I am a final-year Ph.D. candidate in the Management Science and Operations Department at London Business School, where I am co-advised by Professor Kamalini Ramdas and Professor S. Alex Yang.​

I will join Chicago Booth as a Principal Researcher from Summer 2025, under the guidance of Professor John Birge and Professor Ali Hortaçsu.

​My research focuses on innovative operational interventions to generate sustainable social impact. I primarily use empirical methods including experiments, and analytical methods. I have two research streams:​

• ​I examine operational levers to improve equity and inclusion in organizations.

• I am interested in enhancing the quality and efficiency of public services via improved designs in this era of intense technical upheaval.​​
