Welcome to my website! I have been a Postdoctoral Researcher at Chicago Booth since Summer 2025, under the guidance of Professor John Birge and Professor Ali Hortaçsu.

 

I did my Ph.D. in the Management Science and Operations Department at London Business School, where I am co-advised by Professor Kamalini Ramdas and Professor S. Alex Yang.​​​

​

​My research focuses on innovative operational interventions to generate sustainable social impact. I primarily use empirical methods, including experiments, and analytical methods. I have two research streams:​

  • ​I examine operational levers to improve equity and inclusion in service evaluations.

  • I am interested in enhancing efficiency and sustainability via improved designs in this era of Generative AI.​​
